Please read this Refunds and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.&nbsp;<strong>General Policy Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As we sell live animals, our refund and return policy is designed to balance the well-being of the bulldogs with customer satisfaction. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions outlined below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.&nbsp;<strong>Eligibility for Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A return or refund may be considered under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The bulldog is found to have a serious health condition that was undisclosed at the time of sale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyer is unable to care for the bulldog due to unforeseen circumstances and contacts us within the return window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The bulldog is returned within&nbsp;<strong>seven (7) days<\/strong>&nbsp;of purchase in the same health condition as at the time of sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.&nbsp;<strong>Health Guarantee and Veterinary Examination<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buyers are required to have the bulldog examined by a licensed veterinarian within&nbsp;<strong>72 hours<\/strong>&nbsp;of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a health issue is identified during the examination, the buyer must provide a written report from the veterinarian to initiate a return or refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds or exchanges will not be considered if the bulldog\u2019s condition results from improper care, injury, or negligence after leaving our facility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.&nbsp;<strong>Return Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To initiate a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contact Us<\/strong>: Email\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:infos@houseofexoticcolourbulldogs.com\">admin@homeofexoticcolourbulldogs.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0with your name, purchase details, and reason for the return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provide Documentation<\/strong>: Attach any supporting documents, such as veterinary reports or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Approval<\/strong>: Wait for confirmation from our team, which will include return instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Return the Bulldog<\/strong>: Safely transport the bulldog back to our facility at the address provided.
