At Home of Exotic Colour Bulldogs, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of care for our bulldogs. Please read this Refunds and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.
1. General Policy Overview
As we sell live animals, our refund and return policy is designed to balance the well-being of the bulldogs with customer satisfaction. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
A return or refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The bulldog is found to have a serious health condition that was undisclosed at the time of sale.
- The buyer is unable to care for the bulldog due to unforeseen circumstances and contacts us within the return window.
- The bulldog is returned within seven (7) days of purchase in the same health condition as at the time of sale.
3. Health Guarantee and Veterinary Examination
- Buyers are required to have the bulldog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase.
- If a health issue is identified during the examination, the buyer must provide a written report from the veterinarian to initiate a return or refund.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be considered if the bulldog’s condition results from improper care, injury, or negligence after leaving our facility.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email admin@homeofexoticcolourbulldogs.com with your name, purchase details, and reason for the return.
- Provide Documentation: Attach any supporting documents, such as veterinary reports or proof of purchase.
- Approval: Wait for confirmation from our team, which will include return instructions.
- Return the Bulldog: Safely transport the bulldog back to our facility at the address provided. The buyer is responsible for all transportation costs unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refund Conditions
- Refunds will be issued only after the returned bulldog has been evaluated by our veterinarian and confirmed to be in the same condition as at the time of sale.
- Refunds exclude non-refundable deposits and any additional fees incurred during the purchase process.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the return approval.
6. Exclusions
Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The bulldog has sustained injuries, illnesses, or conditions caused after the sale.
- The return request is made after the seven (7) day return window.
- The buyer has failed to provide the required veterinary examination report.
7. Additional Costs and Fees
- Buyers are responsible for transportation costs associated with returning the bulldog.
- A rehoming fee may apply if the bulldog requires rehoming due to buyer circumstances.
